European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition moves from launch to action

Euracsis is supporting work linked to the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition, an initiative of the European Commission aimed at improving access to finance for energy efficiency projects across Europe.

Through PRACSIS’s role in the consortium led by Viegand Maagøe, alongside VM Europe, COWI and adelphi consult, the assignment brings together event coordination, communication support and practical delivery for activities connected to the Coalition.

Recent events have included the Coalition’s Second General Assembly and the Clean Energy Transition Investment Forum 2026, held in Brussels in May. These meetings brought together public authorities, financial institutions, businesses and energy stakeholders to exchange on practical ways to mobilise investment in energy efficiency.

For Euracsis, the project reflects the kind of European assignment the network is built to support: centrally coordinated, but connected to national contexts, local stakeholders and practical delivery needs across Europe.

The work strengthens Euracsis’s experience in EU energy and sustainability projects, and confirms the value of a trusted network able to support events, communications and stakeholder engagement across different countries.
